IFM Group is a WA-owned Industrial Maintenance Company based in Naval Base. We specialise in civil, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical works, partnering with some of WA’s most respected mining, processing, and bulk handling organisations.
We are seeking motivated Trade Qualified Carpenters to join our expanding Industrial Maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for Carpenters who are driven and looking to take the next step in their career.

Our current positions can be available on casual or fulltime contract.

You will be based in Naval Base WA servicing the Cockburn and Kwinana strip and there will be opportunities for regional WA work.

Requirements:
-
Trade Qualified as Carpenter.
-
Skilled in a wide range of maintenance repairs.
-
Experience with masonry and concrete finishing is advantageous.
-
Previous experience in Industrial or Commercial Maintenance.

Willingness to follow industry safety requirements & procedures.
-
HSE and risk management experience.

Excellent attention to detail, quality, and finish.
-
Enthusiastic, positive attitude with leadership abilities.

Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to work unsupervised and to timelines.
-
Fit and able to carry out manual labour.
-
Have own tools of the trade.

Pass drug and alcohol testing

Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence.

Working at Heights (WH), Confined Space (CS), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), HR Drivers licence, Construction Card (White Card) Licences are favourable for this role but not mandatory.
The successful applicants will need to have the ability to be flexible with their approach to work hours & duties. It is essential our tradespeople can diversify and have experience across multiple services within our team and possess strong team work ethics.
