Our Civil Design and Quality Managers bring extensive expertise in project management, compliance, and materials engineering. We design project-specific concrete and asphalt mixes for vendor submission and ensure soil, concrete, and asphalt compliance in line with Australian Standards, Main Roads WA specifications, and AAA requirements.
With in-depth knowledge of civil construction methodologies and industry standards, we can recommend tailored material and design options to suit your needs. We understand the importance of minimising disruption to your operations, so we implement staged pre-planning and work collaboratively to ensure every project is delivered efficiently, safely, and to specification.
Land Clearing & Site Clean Up
IFM Group can provide Front End Loaders, Graders, Trucks, Bobcats, water carts and small plant for land clearing. We can either stockpile on site for mulching, we will also provide you with a mulching service, or cart off site to other destination or landfill.
Road, Carparks & Repairs
IFM will construct your carpark no matter how big or small, from start to finish. We also provide road and carpark maintenance, such as pothole and crack repairs, resurfacing, kerbing and line marking. We can supply and place a new asphalt accesses, widen and/or repair existing roads. At IFM we seal asphalt surfaces using a formulated spray seal & resurfacing binder which will bring your surface back to life.
Storm Water Drainage
IFM can provides high quality drainage solutions, with supply and installation of soak wells, overflow ponds and associated piping, excavation services with all work carried out to relevant Australian Standards. We are experienced in all types of drainage works, and can offer our services for, but not limited to carparks, subdivisions, commercial and industrial developments, always providing the most efficient and cost-effective solution for your application. If you have a larger job that requires blocking off roadways, IFM can provide you with a traffic management solution. We can ensure that all traffic being foot or vehicles are safely and efficiently redirected, allowing the work zone to run smoothly.
Dust Suppression
At IFM we can establish the best solution for your site, utilizing water dust suppression or an environmentally friendly and economic dust suppressing agent, which is a very effective soil stabilising agent, binding the soil particles to provide a solid hardwearing surface. Excavations & Trenching
IFM can meet all your excavation requirements, from machine excavation to hand digging/trenching including the installation of trench shoring boxes. All our machine operators hold all relevant, nationally accredited competency ticket and are highly skilled competent operators. We ensure that all safety & traffic management requirements are met along with correct barricading and signage. All excavations are in accordance with national standards and code of practice excavation 2005.
