Job Opportunity: Night Shift Labourers

IFM Group is an Industrial Maintenance company specialising in Plumbing, Carpentry & Civil maintenance works.
We are seeking experienced Labourers to join our expanding operation as we take on further contracts. We require a Labourers with a keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.
The current positions are available on a casual contract, working night shift hours. Hours will range depending on the specific scope of works and site requirements for existing projects. Future possibilities for development to grow with the business will be available for specific positions and potential candidates on a more permanent basis.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
Have previous experience in Industrial & Commercial Maintenance.
Experience with land clearing and use of hand tools will be looked upon favourably.
Have a neat & tidy appearance.
Fit and able to carry our manual labour.
Have valid Australian Drivers Licence (Manual).
Have own tools of the trade.
Have a proactive approach to safety requirements.
Pass drug and alcohol testing
Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Dogman (DG), Basic Rigging (RB), Forklift (LF), Construction Card (White Card) Licences are Favourable for this role.
The successful applicant will need to have the ability to be flexible with their approach to work hours & duties. It is essential our tradespeople can diversify and have experience across multiple services within our team and possess strong team work ethics.
20-50 hour (Night Shift) work week: 6:00pm to 6:00am MONDAY - FRIDAY
