IFM Group is an Industrial Maintenance company specialising in Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil and Mechanical Maintenance works.

We are seeking a qualified Boilermaker to join our expanding operation as we take on further contracts.

The current position can be available on a casual contract or a subcontractor basis. You will be based in Cockburn WA; however, some projects will require travel to regional areas and nights away from home.

Hours are MONDAY – FRIDAY between 6:00am to 6:00pm and can range from 30-50 per week depending on the specific scope of works and site requirements for existing projects.

Future possibilities for development and promotion within the business will be available for the right candidate.

Successful Applicants must possess the following:

  • Trade Qualified as Boilermaker.

  • Skilled in mechanical fitting and repairs.

  • Have previous experience in Industrial or Commercial Maintenance.

  • Have keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail, quality, and finish.

  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and lead others.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Have a neat and tidy appearance.

  • Fit and able to carry out manual labour.

  • Have own tools of the trade.

  • Have a proactive approach to safety requirements.

  • Pass drug and alcohol testing

  • Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence.

  • Working at Heights (WH), Confined Space (CS), High Risk Work (HRW), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Dogman (DG), Basic Rigging (RB), Forklift (LF) and Construction Card (White Card) Licences are favourable for this role.
