CIVIL LABOURERS JOB OPPORTUNITY
IFM Group is an Industrial Maintenance company based in Cockburn WA. We specialise in Civil, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical and Mechanical works and we contract to some of WA’s most reputable mining, process and bulk handing organisations.
We are seeking to employ experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Civil Labourers to join our industrial maintenance team.

Requirements:.
Have previous labouring experience in Industrial or Commercial Maintenance.
Knowledge of industry regulations, procedures, and safety requirements.
Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.
Previous experience in concreting and asphalt is favourable but not mandatory
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Have a neat & tidy appearance.
Fit and able to carry out manual labour.
Have a proactive approach to safety requirements.
Pass drug and alcohol testing.
Have valid Australian Drivers Licence.
Holding 1 or more of the following Licences/ Certificates will be an advantage when applying for this role: Working at Heights, Confined Space, High Risk Work, Elevated Work Platform, Forklift, Skid Steer, First Aid, Loader & Excavator and Construction Card (White Card).
The successful applicants will need to have the ability to be flexible with their approach to work hours & duties. It is essential our tradespeople can diversify and have experience across multiple services within our team and possess strong team work ethics.
