IFM Group is an Industrial Maintenance company specialising in Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil and Mechanical Maintenance works.

We are seeking experienced Labourers to join our expanding operation as we take on further contracts. We require a Labourers with a keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.

The current positions are available on a casual contract. Hours will range depending on the specific scope of works and site requirements for existing projects.

You will be based in Cockburn WA; however, some projects will require travel to regional areas and nights away from home.

Currently we have the following hours available:

  • 20-50 hour work week: Dayshift 6:00am to 6:00pm MONDAY – FRIDAY

  • 20-50 hour work week: Nightshift 6:00pm to 6:00am MONDAY – FRIDAY

Future possibilities for development to grow with the business will be available for specific positions and there will be potential for candidates to work on a permanent full-time basis with IFM Group

The successful applicant/s will possess the following: ​

  • Previous labouring experience.

  • Keen understanding of regulations, procedures, and industry safety requirements.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn and lead others.

  • Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

  • Have a neat & tidy appearance.

  • Fit and able to carry out manual labour.

  • Have a proactive approach to safety requirements.

  • Pass drug and alcohol testing

  • Have valid Australian Drivers Licence.

  • Working at Heights (WH), Confined Space (CS), High Risk Work (HRW), Elevated Work Platform (EWP), Dogman (DG), Basic Rigging (RB), Forklift (LF) and Construction Card (White Card) Licences are favourable for this role.
